City of Raleigh

Money Magazine's "Best of the South!"
The Triangle is a broad term often applied to Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and ALL the smaller communities in between. In the middle is the Research Triangle Park (RTP) home to over 70 of America's largest research facilities, corporations and government organizations.
Linked by an ever-expanding road system which includes Interstate 40, the Raleigh Beltline, Cary Parkway, and the Outer Loop, most neighboring cities are only a 30 to 40 minute commute from the RTP, the airport, downtown museums or nearby parks.
Each town has a distinct flavor and personality, and newcomers will want to explore several to find the one(s) best suited to their lifestyle, budget and needs. Fuquay, Holly Springs, Knightdale and Wake Forest are especially popular right now because of good real estate values. Many areas have Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) which are centered around golf courses, lakes and trails. More rural developments offer privacy, fewer restrictions and lower taxes.
There's something for everyone in all price ranges and styles. Let me know when you will be visiting and I will send you MLS listings in advance and arrange a no-obligation overview tour.
